The plaintiff was a 43 yr old worker operating a snow plow. The driver of an 18 wheeled semi attempted to pass the snow plow and caught one of the snowplow's wings, causing the two vehicles to collide.
The plaintiff sustained herniated cervical discs and required surgery. Following a jury trial, the plaintiff was awarded $3,150,000.00.
