Paul William Beltz, P.C. Secures Record Settlement in Schoharie County for Injured Woman
BUFFALO, N.Y., March 9, 2009 – The law firm of Paul William Beltz, P.C. has secured a record settlement in Schoharie County, securing $1.58 million for a Middlesburgh resident who was permanently disabled in an automobile accident in 2004.

“We were pleased to secure a settlement of this size for our client,” said Stephen R. Foley, partner, Paul William Beltz, P.C. “Our client is permanently disabled as a result of this accident, and it’s encouraging that she received a record settlement to help her pay for the exorbitant costs of her ongoing medical treatment and rehabilitation. She has been through a great deal of pain and suffering, and hopefully this decision will help her move forward.”

Judge Eugene P. Devine of the Schoharie County Courthouse presided over the case.
