Statement Regarding Fire at Paul William Beltz Office

On May 1, 2025, a fire occurred at our law office at 36 Church Street, Buffalo, New York. We are relieved everyone evacuated the building safely and no one was injured. The safety of our staff, clients, and neighbors remains our top priority.

We are grateful for the swift response of the Buffalo Fire Department, Buffalo Police Department and all other first responders on the scene. We are cooperating fully with local authorities as they investigate the cause of the fire and are taking all necessary steps to ensure the continued safety and security of our team and office.

Paul William Beltz has been a part of the community since 1968 and we are proud to call Buffalo home. While we are devastated by the fire, we are thankful everyone is safe and appreciate the community’s support and patience. We will provide further updates as we’re able and will be in touch directly with clients and colleagues in the coming days.
